Has anyone seen Total Recall? Is it work it? Now when I ask if you've seen it I mean both the old and new. I just looked it up and am really not thrilled with the casting for it. When I watch the trailer all it makes me think of is wanting to watch Demolition Man!!! So I'm wondering if it's worth checking out as I did enjoy the first one long ago.

I have seen the movie and the original. Effects were good. But really disappointed by the story. Maybe because I went in expecting more stuff like the original. I wanted to see the the hologram trickery, not just his head. I wanted to see an planet wide problem, but none were there. They had a neat cameo from the original (you will know it, if you see it), but it didn't make up for the lack of story. I wanted more. Glad I only rented it.
