Day 3, freezing my juice has worked pretty well, especially when it's so hot! Last night made 4 more batches, could never keep up if I couldn't make them ahead of time. 4 more days to go...maybe more! We'll see how I feel tomorrow after my juice with asparagus in it...bleck.
