I always considered myself in good shape. Jillian Michael's and Shaun T are no stranger to my workout routine. I joined a 30 day challenge, well three actually. The abs no problem, thighs and butt I got this...arms? Well arms are OK, until the real pushups were thrown in...I'M WEAK!!!
Due to hip and back problems I've always done the half pushups. I'm feeling good so I figured I'd do real ones for the challenge because they start gradually. Couldn't even do 4 on the first day!!
I'm seeing improvement...up to 5!
