This is why...

So many people ask why I don't travel a lot...today, Christmas Day, was a perfect reminder. I had all this planned, was so excited weeks before, tons of last minute stuff...then 2 days before I get sick. Followed by the day of not going to plan AT ALL and ruining it for others...this is why I don't plan big trips. Less goes wrong when I live in the moment.

So I guess that means I need to just wake up one morning and go to the airport and take whatever is available!

The late showing of movies is...late. Getting home just before midnight on a weeknight! I didn't think I had it in me, and I know I'll suffer tomorrow. At least the movie was kickass! I'll write more about it later...sleep...

I'm in love with this savory smoothie...

• Leaves from 2 stalks of cilantro 
• 1 medium tomato
• 1 celery stalk
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/8 or 1/4 of an onion
• 1 big handful of spinach
• then I added a dash of cayenne pepper, chili powder and chili flakes
• 1 cup coconut water (you can use plain water too)

Am I the only one that feels like I cheated death when walking out of the dentist office?

Was there for 1.75 hours today and felt like I just avoided death when walking out. Amazed that I laid on a chair under a big TV hanging from the ceiling for that long without it falling and crushing my head!
