Have fun...
I'm driving to work in slush and snow and see this HUGE puddle on the road. So of course I drive closer to the curb to get the full effect of this glorious puddle. Water slashes onto the sidewalk and fence, as well as across the front of my car. It was amazing.
Then I look in my rear view mirror to see the guy behind me move into the oncoming traffic lane just to avoid the puddle. Who moves out of the way of a puddle?! Now I'm simply thankful there wasn't a giant pothole or anything under that water! Then I really would have looked like a jackass.

It's a Trap!
I always leave my bananas with the rest of the fruit in my basket until they have their first brown spots, then they immediately go in the fridge. This rule began after a particularly bad fruit fly problem a few years ago. So bad I had to stop leaving anything out, even my filtered compost bin!
Well apparently pomegranates attract fruit flies too! Never had a problem with apples or oranges but two days after the pomegranate is in my fruit basket there they are! So my trap was made again.
I take a mason jar with a few pieces of banana in the bottom (fresh banana, frozen doesn't really work). Make a cone with paper and tape it to the jar so the tip is near the bottom but above the banana. And voila!

Frustrating
Woke up at 2:00 AM for no reason at all...and am now wide awake. Going to be a long day!
If it were a bit later, even 4:30, I'd just get up and exercise, do some gaming or even start my Christmas baking list. But alas that hour is a bit far away and I really wish I could fall back asleep.
The worst part is I'm wide awake now...I bet when I need to get up for practicum in a few hours I'm going to be exhausted!

Something new
After playing many hours sniping in Borderlands 2 I decided to try my hand a little bit at sniping in TF2, turns out I'm not horrible...
So...
Jagermeister, apple juice freshly pressed from my apple tree and sprite equals a very strange reaction. Wished I'd caught that on video!
Yum
On Saturday I hosted a board game night and made my attempt at donaires using buffalo meat. The leftovers turned into this...mmmmm

How come?
How come when a piece of food burns my hand my automatic response is to pop it in my mouth?!
