I love devilled eggs. There are so many ways to make them. Some people put bacon in them, others just a little but of mustard. My grandmother puts some fish in the mix so it is more like a pâté nestled o. The top of the egg white. As for mine, it's usually the egg yolks, mayo, Dijon mustard and some smoked paprika. My favourite secret ingredient to add is a bit of my aunt's home made zucchini relish. Mmmmmm....
