Keto challenge

 I'm on day 17 of a 20 day keto challenge incorporated with my Hammer and Chisel workout 6 days a week, 9 inches and 5 lbs down. Feeling pretty good, that being said I miss food oh so much. I did discover that I can bake my protein bar in the oven it bakes up like this candied cookie...mmmmm.
