This bar is in the doorframe into the kitchen at my work. My boss is a real fitness buff, even more so than me, and she put it there with the idea that whenever people went into the kitchen they could use it. No one does of course. It has been there for a few years and with my new upcoming fitness venture I decided to start using it. I can do 2 full pull-ups. That doesn't sound like much but to me, that's a huge accomplishment! Give me anything to do with my legs and I'm fine, arms have always been my weakest part.
I'm scared to go into the kitchen today because my morning workout was a 45 minutes P90X arms and back workout! I'll have to get my lunch or water eventually, we'll see what I can do!
