I have started a new fitness challenge this week. I've been hiking on trails that also have stairs, hiked these trails for 2 weeks and took me 2 hours the first time I went out. Tuesday I started to run the trail. I had to stop a lot but yesterday it took me 1 hour to do the same route, including running up the stairs. Tuesday and Wednesday I woke up at 5:00, did my Insanity Asylum workout scheduled for that day then in the evening ran/hiked my trails. I'm quite sore today!
