Oh yum...

So I attempted to make this Korean Beef in my pressure cooker. Don't do it...and if you do add double the sauce! There wasn't enough sauce but even though it is kind of charred it still tastes amazing!

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use Bragg Seasoning)
1 Tablespoon sesame oil (I used olive oil as I had no sesame)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (used just under 1/8 powdered ginger)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (I skipped this part)
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, diced (don't skip this!)
