Oh yum...

Leftover beef tenderloin calls for a recipe that will give this free range cow raised on our family farm justice. So this is what I did.

In my pressure cooker I tossed in:

- 1/4 Bragg seasoning (or soy sauce)
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil (or sesame oil)
- 3 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
and the leftover tenderloin that I sliced into strips



It was amazing, I poured it and some of the sauce over steamed broccoli. The beef just fell apart. I also know this recipe is amazing on ground beef.
